This form is a request to open an account. It is not an approval. Your details are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC), BVN/NIN validation and Customer Due Diligence checks in line with CBN and AML/CFT regulations. Account opening is completed only after successful verification, and a physical or supervised identity verification may be required at our office before the account is activated.
